St. George's Church, Modbury

St. George’s is a lively Anglican church, within the Modbury Mission Community working together in the South Hams.More than a building, a name or a weekend gathering, St George’s is a community of people seeking together the purpose for which God has created us. This happens in our Sunday celebrations, in the smaller gatherings during the week, and as we pray and serve the people of Modbury and the surrounding area.

Modbury Remembers

We are very pleased to advise that Modbury Remembers has been chosen for the next round of the Co-op Local Community Fund. If you don't know about Modbury Remembers then use this link to read all about it: www.modburyremembers.org.uk

The funding round will start on 12 November 2017 and runs for 11 months until the 27 October 2018.

How it works:
Every time members shop at the Co-op, 1% of what they spend on selected own-brand products and services goes to the Co-op Local Community Fund.

We and the other causes in our community also receive an equal share of the money raised from sales of carrier bags.

Members will be able to choose Modbury Remembers and give their 1% from the 12 November.

The more you shop, the more we share. Please remember MODBURY REMEMBERS when shopping at the Co-op, and please share with all your friends.
